You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; use Services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA); and refrain from reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting our systems.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are outlined in your contract or invoice. Payments are due as specified (monthly/annual), and late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may terminate Services with written notice, subject to contractual obligations.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Impetus Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of Services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Philadelphia, PA.
